Description of Hawkweed, Orange (Pilosella aurantiaca):
Orange hawkeed is a variant of hawkweed that has orange flowers rather than the typical yellow flowers (like yellow hawkweed). It grows from 8 to 36 inches in height and produces a sap similar to milk when cut. Leaves are all generally at the base of the plant except for two leaves on the stem.
