Bitterweed, also sometimes called bitter sneezeweed, is a standing annual that belongs to the sunflower family. It has a wide range of height, ranging from 3 inches to 2 feet. The leaves are wooly and has flowerheads on naked stems having 5 to 10 ray florets. It is poisonous, if eaten.
