Description of Bahiagrass (paspalum notatum):
Also called common bahia, and pensacola bahia. Blades 2–6 millimeters (0.079–0.236 in) wide and the stems reach 20–75 centimeters(7.9–29.5 in) tall. It has a prominent V-shaped inflorescence consisting of two spike-like racemes containing multiple tiny spikelets. The flat, tough-textured leaves are usually hairless.
