Description of Fleabane, Philadelphia (Erigeron philadelphicus):
Philidelphia fleabane is a member of the daisy family. It has alternating simple leaves on hairy stems. The flower heads can have as many as 35 flowers, each containing as many as 400 white or pink flower florets. It grows from about 1/2 to 2-1/2 feet tall.
