Description of Eclipta (eclipta prostrata):
Eclipta, also known as false daisy, is an prostrate or erect rough and hairy weed that grows between 12-15" in height. It's also a member of the sunflower family. The roots are grayish and cylindrical in shape. It flowers throughout the entire year with small white flowers.
