Description of Chamberbitter (phyllanthus urinaria):
Chamberbitter is an annual weed that emerges predominantly in July in turfgrass. It's a member of the spurge family and has many seeds producing on the underside of the branch. It has small and grooved stems, oblong leaves that grows in rows, and can be identified easily by the small round fruit on the stem underbelly.
