Pre-emergent weed control with high turf selectivity
Tupersan® Herbicide Wettable Powder provides highly effective pre-emergent control of smooth and large crabgrass, downy brome, foxtail, and barnyardgrass in newly seeded or established listed turfgrasses. This high degree of selectivity allows seeding later in the spring when soil temperatures are warmer and more conducive to seed germination. It’s labeled for use on Kentucky bluegrass, smooth bromegrass, perennial ryegrass, and listed fescues on sod farms, as well as golf courses (aprons, fairways, greens, and tees), ornamental turfgrass and lawns, parks, sports facilities, and roadsides.

Maximum Yearly Limits
Do not make more than 6 applications of Siduron (of one product or combinations of products) to golf course greens per year.
Water Instructions
Water is required to activate the herbicide following preemergent applications to the soil. Rainfall or irrigation (≥ ½ to 1 inch) must be provided within three (3) days to optimize the weed control.
Before Seeding Instructions
Tupersan Herbicide may be applied at time of seeding without causing injury to germinating seeds of many common temperate region grasses.
