Description of Bentgrass Dead Spot (Ophiosphaerella agrostis):
Bentgrass dead spot is a disease that affects creeping bentgrass and was only just discovered in the early 2000s. It especially affects bentgrass putting greens, starting as spots that are dime-sized and eventually grow to up to 4 inches in diameter. The disease is often misidentified as ball-marks from golfers.
According to the manufacturer approved labels: The following 3 fungicides, applied at the listed application rates, will control Bentgrass Dead Spot.
